High temperature solutions
The heat resistance of textile filters is limited to 260°C, but our filtration solutions don’t stop there. We also design and manufacture hot gas filters that use ceramic filter elements with temperature resistance of up to 1000°C. These specialized solutions can deliver major advantages in processes where gas filtration needs to be carried out at high temperature. For example, heat recovery from filtered gas is significantly more efficient and reliable than from a dusty gas stream.
Hot gas filters can also be used to implement dry sorption and catalytic removal of gaseous impurities from gas streams.
