Job Group supplies complete solutions for emission-free air - from de-dusting point to clean air in the stack. We design, engineer from idea, and manufacture ready-installed plants at our client’s site. We offer various types of units – whether it be pulse-jet cleaned bag filters, cassette filters, ceramic candle filters, or cartridge units – our products cover the complete range of equipment used for the extraction of solid particles from flue gas. Our systems can be found in ranges from 1000 Nm3/h up to large units at 400,000 Nm3/h. 

With engineered solutions based on the physical parameters and behavior of the dust and gas conditions, our units are shaped to perform, giving zero emissions to the atmosphere. Our systems are also capable of handling gases or components in the flue gas where active adsorption or absorption of hazardous components, such as furans/dioxin, SOx, and VOC, is needed. For stripping flue gases, we also design complete scrubbers both with and without packed beds for the removal of gas components such as ammonium and acids.

All projects and plants made by Job are designed for the lowest possible use of energy in all aspects – from minimizing the use of pressurized air for pulse-jet cleaning and consumption of energy for driving fans and pumps by optimizing flow and low differential pressure. Our systems are based on basic technology to algorithm-based cleaning sequences depending on which is the most efficient for our client’s specific process.

Job Group specializes in what we call brownfield projects – meaning fitting new units into existing production equipment – which is more demanding in general. With our ability to supply complete units comes, of course, the possibility to supply pressure tanks, valves, dampers, fans, compensating bellows, ducts, rotary valves, screw transporters, fluidizing beds, and other components.
