We are delighted to announce DRM Industrial Fabrics limited is to join the JOB Group.

The acquisitionmeans that the JOB Group family of pioneering & solution based industrial textile & filtration services, which is at the forefront of wet & dry filtration solutions,continuesits 60 years of successful journey of development and growth.

JOB Group CEO, Mr. Rutger Bornefalk, committed that he is eager to combine colleagues from both companies.

– The talent at DRM will merge seamlessly with our current professionals in the Job Group providing our UK & international customers a service that will exceed industry standards. Having a strategic manufacturing facility within the UK will give us a further launch pad for our growth & solutions capability globally.

Mr. Bornefalk adds:

– We will be the only UK manufacturing company for filtration & industrial fabrics with Group fabric design, weaving & confection capabilities demonstrating our commitment to the UK post Brexit. Therefore, we expect that access to British international trade partners will further our opportunities and compliment the JOB Groups current trajectory.

The merger of the two companies will further provide flexibility to group resources & compliment the JOB Groups existing portfolio of existing subsidiaries in Sweden, Spain, Finland, UK, Estonia & partnerships throughout the world’s industrial capitals.

Digitalisation Roadmap

The project “Digitalisation Roadmap for Industri Textil Job OÜ” received support from the European Regional Development Fund


Project summary:

As part of the project, a digitalisation roadmap will be developed for Industri Textil Job OÜ to increase the company's awareness of its current state of digitalisation, cybersecurity, and automation. The roadmap will help plan improvement activities that aim to increase the added value of the company’s products and services.


Project objective and expected result:

The aim of the project is to provide the company with a clear overview of its digitalisation, automation, and cybersecurity levels and to identify areas for development. The outcome of the project is a strategic document – a digitalisation roadmap with an explanatory report, which includes:


• an assessment of the company’s level of digitalisation and cybersecurity,
• an overview of the investments needed to eliminate bottlenecks, including their cost-effectiveness and implementation timeline,
• an impact analysis on the company's economic performance,
• and a 3-year action plan for implementing digitalisation.


Amount of support (EUR): 7950 €
